The Vision
To bring high end technology solutions to South Orange County, Kewl Zone is envisioned to be a technical hub for the South Orange County area and beyond, for those who are not able to have access to technology regularly, or for those who prefer to stay up to speed with the ever changing High-Tech World. Or the business traveler who needs high speed access for their daily business needs.
Kewl Zone will provide for the South Orange County Community, a sales, support and training environment for all computer systems ranging from servers for small to medium sized business, personal computers for office or home use, Kewl Zone will also provide website development, web-mail services, high speed internet access, support and usage for the home or office. Support for personal computers offering SpyWare, Adware and Virus Removal and data recovery services. Kewl Zone will also be a repair center for all personal computer systems, business servers, printers, routers and application support. Kewl Zone will also sell a wide range of software from the elite high end business applications, desktop publishing, office applications, windows server applications, and video game sales. Kewl Zone will also provide a unique environment for the potential consumer to come in and try the computer, software, printer, monitor, or whatever device they are interested in purchasing that Kewl Zone sells, prior to the purchase. Kewl Zone provides the customer the ability to come in and use a computer for the development of websites, with access to applications such as Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office and many other normally expensive applications that a consumer may only need to use once in a while. Kewl Zone also will provide free to the community unemployment services, anyone coming into Kewl Zone stating they are in need of the use of its computer resources for a Job search or access to .gov or .org websites will always be free. Kewl Zone will never let anyone use its computer devices without the user filling out a usage form, the usage form is for internal tracking of user activity, these forms will consist of an identification verification and a parental release form. Absolutely no minors will be allowed to use the computer systems without a parental release form, and also no minors will be allowed to use the computers or any other devices inside of Kewl Zone prior to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday except on national holidays or in the summertime and all minor computer use will end everyday at 9:50 pm there is no deviation from this rule. Kewl Zone will require a dress code when using its technology resources a professional appearance is required at all times. Kewl Zone also offers Computer based training for Senior Citizens within the local community at a very affordable price, allowing the person to learn at their own pace. Kewl Zone will also offer Local Business Service and Support with Kewl Zone's ownership having over 40 years of combined technology experience.
Kewl Zone is envisioned to be an alternative to the Comp USA, Best Buy and Staples approach to selling High End Computers, equipment, software and services. We feel that a high touch high availability approach to selling and supporting technology is the only way to truly help the consumer buy the right technology for their needs.
