All Computer Rental Time Requires a Membership.
No Exceptions!
All memberships are subject to adherent to the RULES of CONDUCT.
You must provide a valid drivers license at time of sign up.
- If you do not have a driver's license a parent or legal guardian can sign up for you, but a software ratings level must be selected and signed on the Membership Form prior to acceptance of membership form or member.
A thorough review of all minors' memberships will sometimes be required.
Proper attire is always required, and Kewl Zone reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not properly dressed. |
| KZ BASIC = $5.00 Annual Membership Fee
- 2 free hours to be used the day of sign up only
- Standard Hourly Rate $5.00 an hour
- Half hour $3.00

| KZ SILVER = $25.00 Annual Membership Fee
- 3 free hours to be used the day of sign up only
- Standard Hourly Rate $4.00 an hour
- Half hour $2.50
- This membership is required for all league participation

| KZ GOLD = $50.00 Annual Membership Fee
- 3 free hours, to be used the day of sign up only
- Standard Hourly Rate $3.50 an hour
- Half hour $2.00
- Can participate in KZ Bonus Day (one day every month when all items in the store are on sale for 5% off the sticker price(***Special Sale Prices Excluded***) exclusive for KZ Gold members or higher.)
- League participation
- Allowed to participate in our KZ Power Points Program

| KZ PLATINUM = $150.00 Annual Membership Fee
- +5 free hours credited to your account for use anytime on signup
- Standard Hourly Rate $3.00 an hour
- Half hour $2.00
- Can participate in KZ Bonus Day (one day every month when all items in the store are on sale for 5% off the sticker price (***Special Sale Prices Excluded***) exclusive for KZ Gold members or higher.) KZ Bonus Days will be listed at the beginning of every month and listed on the website.
- League participation
- Allowed to participate in our KZ Power Points Program
- You can have up to 2 additional family members attached to this membership
- Guaranteed entry to all KZ Sponsored** Tournaments (maximum charge $10.00 no matter what the tournament entry fee is)
- Can call a minimum of 4 hours in advance to reserve a (single) seat for all members
- *You must provide your member # for reservation and only the principle contact listed on the account can reserve seats.
- *Seats will be reserved for 15 minutes within the time reserved if you are later than 15 minutes Kewl Zone reserves the right to release your reservation.
- *Only seats for listed members of the account can be reserved and only 2 seats can be reserved at a time, guests of the KZ Gold member are not included in the reservation service.
- Will be included in our open use day, 1 day every month (Normally Sundays unless a holiday or special event) where all rental prices are only $1.00 dollar per hour.
** Some tournaments are not Kewl Zone Sponsored and normal fees apply.

| KZ ELITE = $250.00 Annual Membership Fee
- +8 free hours credited to your account for use anytime on signup
- Standard Hourly Rate $2.50 an hour
- Half hour $1.50
- Can participate in KZ Bonus Day (one day every month when all items in the store are on sale for 5% off the sticker price (***Special Sale Prices Excluded***) exclusive for KZ Gold members or higher.)
- League participation
- Allowed to participate in our KZ Power Points Program
- Guaranteed entry to all KZ Sponsored** Tournaments (maximum charge $10.00 no matter what the tournament entry fee is)
- You can have up to 6 total family members attached to this membership (each minor on the account must have a separate ratings limit form filled out prior to use)
- Can call a minimum of 2 hours in advance to reserve a seat for all KZ Elite members on the account.
- *You must provide your member # for reservation and only the principle on the account can reserve seats.
- Seats will be reserved for 15 minutes within the time reserved if you are later than 15 minutes Kewl Zone reserves the right to release your reservation.
- Only seats for listed members of the account can be reserved, additionally 1 (per account) guest of the KZ ELITE primary member can be included in the reservation service*
- KZ Elite members will be included in our KZ Open Use Day, 1 day every month (Normally Sundays unless a holiday or special event) where all rental prices are FREE for the whole business day. These days are first come first serve and if Kewl Zone cannot provide seating for you, you will receive a coupon equal to the hours left in that business day for use on any other weekday. *****Please note that this coupon is only good for 30 days or until the next KZ Open Use Day*****
