| All rules written herein this document are subject to these simple warning thresholds listed below.
- You will be given 1 warning
- A second offense will result in a 15 minute penalty from computer use.
- Multiple offences over more than one day can and will result in termination of your Membership without refund.
- Absolutely no taunting, harassing, or threatening of any kind will we accepted.
- Absolutely no swearing or foul language.
- Absolutely no running around.
- Absolutely no touching other members.
- Absolutely no clothing that would contain offensive material or could be deemed offensive material.
- Absolutely no one under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs will be permitted on the premises.
- Absolutely no use of the computers for Pornographic, or Drug related material, this includes websites, or photographs, personal or not.
- Absolutely no CHEATING (your membership will be revoked immediately no refund).
- Absolutely no smashing or pounding of the keyboards, mice, monitors or any Kewl Zone property.
- Absolutely no vandalism on the inside or outside of our building. (your membership will be revoked immediately no refund).
- Absolutely no Loitering if you are not renting the computer or shopping the store you cannot "hang out" at Kewl Zone inside or outside, no exceptions.
- Absolutely no Chat room usage will be allowed. the only allowed messaging system will be Microsoft Instant Messenger (remember all activity is recorded).
- Absolutely no FIGHTING (*****any fighting will result in instant revocation of membership without refund for all members involved. We will not determine who is wrong or right, we will just revoke the memberships of all participants in the fight*****).
- Absolutely no leaving of Minors in Kewl Zone. Kewl Zone is not responsible for member's children; we are not a babysitting or day care service. We assume by you leaving your children that you understand this statement.
- No children under the age of 10 years old will be allowed to be in Kewl Zone without a parent or designated guardian. All minors under the age of 18 inside Kewl Zone MUST have a membership (NO EXCEPTIONS).
